    1.监视运行和记录
    安装在变室盘上的电流表、电压表、功率表等，必须经常予以严格的监视。当有电阻式遥测温度的装置时，还应定期遥测贵阳变压器的上层油温，并作好运行记录，即定期抄表。
    每班至少记录抄表两次。发现三相负载不平衡，应及时调整接线，重新分配。但一般农村贵阳变压器以检查来代替监视。
 
    2.检查
    (1)检查时间，对于经常有值班人员的变所，对贵阳变压器每天应至少检查一次，每周夜晚检查一次。对于无人值班贵阳变压器，容量在3150kVA及以上，每10天至少检查一次，3150kVA以下每月至少检查一次。无值班人员的室每月至少检查一次，户外贵阳变压器每季至少检查一次。有严重缺陷、经常发生过负载和环境恶劣及气候突变情况下。以及新设备或经过检修改造的贵阳变压器在投运的72h内，应增加检查次数。高峰负载和雷雨季节可缩短至1-2月检查一次。对接有大量用户的贵阳变压器，运行人员应掌握其使用及负载变动情况，并控制其新增容量。定期测量负载，农忙农闲交接期间，适当安排测量.防止长期过负载。
